TechNovation Crossroads: The Intersection of Onsite and Restaurant Technologies
Foodservice technology shares many common aspects in applications and usage between the onsite and restaurant foodservice worlds. Yet for some reason, while some technologies are offered in common, many are offered in “silos” directed to specific industry segments. This panel represents each from the operations and supplier side and will explore where these technologies and/or opportunities meet and intersect. This networking event brings together members from the Washington, DC IFBTA and Society of Hospitality and Foodservice Management (SHFM) chapters.
